Shrimp with tilapia fish vegetable and rice

Ingredients:

1lb of shrimp
2 o 3 Tilapia fish
1 cup of white rice
1 cup of mix vegetable
1/2 cup of white wine
21/2 cup of water
Salt and pepper as you like
1spt of olive oil
2 tsp of mojo criollo

Preparation:

In a pot put the olive oil plus the 21/2 cup of water with a cup of rice to cook with a little bit of salt, then in other pot put the shrimp, tilapia fish, wine, salt and pepper and mojo criollo cook for about 10 minutes, then put the vegetable, mix the vegetable,rice and shrimp,fish all together let it cook another 15 minutes..
